Here's how it works:
- Decide on something you want to DO every day (or something you want to avoid doing). Write this in the big green space at the top. >>>>>ideas >>>>> track my food, walk every day, didn't hit snooze zzzz
- Decide on your progress rewards. These are things you will do at the end of every week to reward yourself for staying on track - these should be things you WANT enough to go earn it. Write these in the green circles.
- Journal how you feel at the start.
- START!! For each day you DO your thing, write an X in that day's circle. You'll have fun tracking your progress.
- Journal how you feel at the end.
