The best way to a transformed life is ACTION. It's not ONE big thing. It's small things over and over. 
Taking one day at a time to a new you!
Here's how it works:
  1. Decide on something you want to DO every day (or something you want to avoid doing). Write this in the big green space at the top.     >>>>>ideas >>>>> track my food, walk every day, didn't hit snooze zzzz
  2. Decide on your progress rewards. These are things you will do at the end of every week to reward yourself for staying on track - these should be things you WANT enough to go earn it. Write these in the green circles.
  3. Journal how you feel at the start.
  4. START!! For each day you DO your thing, write an X in that day's circle. You'll have fun tracking your progress.
  5. Journal how you feel at the end.
